Gloucestershire writer, John Moore (1907-1967), fictionalised his beloved Tewkesbury as the town of Elmbury and this setting is fundamental to some of his best loved books. Join us for a relaxing afternoon stroll around the historic centre of medieval Tewkesbury to explore the sites which inspired the town’s most famous literary son.
Tickets – Available in advance from the Museum or on the door
