Unfortunately we are having to cancel our Dr Dolittle Easter event, but we promise to hold exciting activities in the Summer to make up for it! Stay safe everyone!
Come along to the John Moore Museum this Easter, as we have been inspired by Hugh Lofting’s Story of Doctor Dolittle! You will get to see and touch some of the UK’s most amazing wildlife this school holiday! In our Natural History Collection, we have everything from tiny pygmy shrews and dormice to large mammals like foxes and badgers. We also have beautiful birds from vibrant kingfishers to intelligent owls!

This Easter, we have two Dr Dolittle themed trails available:
Can you find all of the letter clues to discover where Dr Dolittle and his friends are going in our Main Easter Challenge
or
We have a mini trail for little explorers in the Old Baptist Chapel
The trails are available all day (10am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm)

Create your own Silhouette as well as Animal Silhouettes from the story!
