The Merchant's House
Living history group, the Walsingham Pilgrims, make a return visit for Tewkesbury Medieval Festival weekend. Dedicated to interpreting the domestic and military life of the fourteenth century, they will be time travelling to 1471 for their visit to our late Medieval restored Merchant’s shop and House. Meet them for some fun hands on history in our atmospheric timber-framed building.
Saturday: archery presentations on the abbey lawn at 11am, 1pm and after the ‘beheadings’ (normally around 6pm)
Sunday: archery presentation immediately after the morning’s medieval festival procession and again at 1pm
FREE Admission: Donations welcome
Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 July
